Hakone Karaage Karatto

This place is a gem. You can occasionally see adorable dogs here on top of having phenomenal food. Take advantage of the lunch special which includes a drink and have a Guinness to complement your karage. Highly recommend especially on rainy days. Oishii!

Great little place near lake Ashi. When we arrived there was a small queue and waiting was worth it!We had the chicken nuggets and they were very tasty. Excellent price quality ratio. Give it a try!

Great meal and great service. Recommended for every one that arrives to Hakone and wants a really good homemade curry and next level nuggets (Karaage). Only two people are working there and they dare extremely nice and helpful. Might have a short line but worth the wait.

Highly recommend this small friend chicken restaurant. Only 3 options on the menu. So we ordered all to share. Good selection of drinks including wine and beers, that comes with the set meal. Restaurant is small with limited tables and staff, so we had to wait a short while.

Perfect karate, they have a nice take on the popular dish. Their set menu (which is a great price) comes with a drink so I had a Guinness! The food came out rather quickly and the whole set of food was very satisfying. Cozy spot that had a fireplace that warmed us up after snow started to come down!

100% best chicken I've ever had. Ordered the curry, was fantastic! 10 out of 10 would come again.
